Yesterday, on 24.04.2018, was held the regular meeting of the Board of Directors (BIG HOLDERS).
As we previously announced, any investor who has at least 20 active Masternodes (verification procedure is posted on the website) can participate in it.
The Council approved the trial program of the delegate from Ukraine for a month, the estimated budget is 750. The program of the delegate was published earlier. Based on the results of the work for a month, will be announced the initiative of the DAO and the community will make a decision on the matter of implementation by popular vote.
The necessity of attracting a delegate from China and Germany was also discussed. The team is instructed to make the necessary actions.
It was prescribed to the team to gradually add support of the 6 major languages.
Was approved the initiative of one of the holders - to start the development of merchant-service. The budget is 1000 KZC. Upon the implementation the initiative will be put to a popular vote.
We want to notice that participation in the Board of Directors gives certain privileges. First of all, this is the priority of obtaining information about the current and planned developments, actions of promoting the project, etc. The right to give recommendations and make ideas for development (any) for discussion of large holders. Receiving the support of big holders, any initiative has a high probability of obtaining an absolute majority on a general vote.
At the same time, any important (first of all financial) decision will finally be taken exclusively by the general public vote of Masternodes on the basis of the principle "1node = 1 vote". The Council is a representative agency of the Community (in the future - the federation of communities). Within 3 weeks the team will prepare an informative monitoring of current and past initiatives (votes) of DAO.
Any person who has confirmed the possession of 20 or more Masternodes can become a member of the Board of Directors. Occasionally there will be a recheck. Those who cease to hold 20 Masternodes will lose the right to participate in the Board of Directors.
After each meeting, the team will briefly inform about the preliminary decisions.
At the same time, in general, any member of the Community has the right to submit any initiative. If the majority supports it, it will pass. We have a democracy. On the blockchain.
The team is the executive agency, and still carries out all the routine work, primarily on network maintenance, support and general marketing policy. At the same time, we are trying to attract interested people (and in fact large holders are primarily interested) to the development of the project.
